HOW LONG TILL IT’S MINE?

You placed an order- yay! We are so stoked to boho your home!! But remember good things take time. If you ordered a piece from our handmade collection, it could take up to 3 weeks for us to ship out your order. Know that we are working hard on getting your piece out asap.

Orders from our Curated Collection and Fig Finds aim to ship within 14 days. We add a handmade touch to every order so no we are not as quick to ship as Amazon.

Once your package is in the hands of UPS + USPS we have no control over the speed of your delivery. Between the global pandemic and your mailman’s personal problems, orders may be delayed. It’s a good test of patience and when your order finally does arrive it’ll have been worth the wait!!

We really wanted things to work out, so if you’re reading this part of our site, BUMMER!! We are truly sorry things didn’t go as planned.

If your product arrived damaged please reach out immediately so we can resolve the situation.

All Handmade + Figs Finds items are final sale.

If you are unsatisfied with a purchase from the Curated Collection you have 5 days to reach out to start a return claim. Please contact us at figandrosewood@gmail.com to initiate a return or exchange.

The buyer is responsible for shipping the product back to us. Eligible items can be returned for store credit only.
